We work with many dental insurance carriers. Due to many changes in insurance policies, it is no longer an easy task to interpret each individual policy. Although we try to stay aware of these changes, it is not always possible. It is your responsibility to know your individual coverage. Failing to comply with your insurance guidelines could result in you, the patient, being responsible for all costs incurred. Please remember that your insurance policy is between you and your insurance company and not the insurance company and your doctor.
We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
For patients who choose to make monthly payments, we offer short- and long-term financing through CareCredit. A business staff member will gladly assist you with the application process.
There will be a $25.00 fee accessed to each no show or less than 24 hour cancellation per appointment. We do understand true emergencies, however; our office is staffed based on your reserved appointment.
